Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • To start a return, please contact us at tgwofans@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, which will require photo evidence.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method as quickly as possible.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Due to the limited inventory we carry on our merchandise, we cannot accept any exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — either with a replacement or full refund.
